Mom Salt is a mother-daughter project rooted in a lifelong obsession with real ingredients and the conviction that salt is the most underestimated tool in the kitchen. Heather — private chef, holistic nutritionist, and herbalist — and her mother, a fellow herbalist, brought their East Coast foraging roots with them when they landed in the Willamette Valley. The two have spent years hunting dandelions, learning plants, and cooking side by side, building a shared vocabulary of flavor that now lives in these blends. Made on pure sea salt with all-organic herbs, Mom Salt is not a product of trend — it is the result of two women who have spent their lives understanding what food is actually capable of, and decided to put that knowledge in a jar.
