Well Nourished Workshops
How we nourish ourselves is one of the most important things we can do daily, this can come in many forms from nuturing thoughts, food, self-care, activity and community, yet in a world where we have everything we could ever want, we take nourishment for granted and tend to put aside this step because we feel we don’t have time or we are not worthy.
Why do we feel like this kind of nourishment is meant to be fast and one with a lack of pleasure? With so much competing information out there, waiting for our dollar, its really hard to know which choices will be the most impactful. Most of the time the right answer is usually the simplest.
There is no one size fit all when it comes to what will nourish you and just because its considered healthy, does not mean it will work for you. My overarching philosophy is one of intuition, teaching people how to tap in and listen to their bodies signals. I would like to share with you a platform for education and time to ask the questions that confuse you when it comes to your health and nutrition. I will share tricks and tips to help you navigate through all the noise. We will come together to discuss our challenges and learn how to deal with them for ourselves and our families, as a community.
