 Coffee beans grown in Finca Ceylan typically have tasting notes indicating a full and a rich start and a chocolatey-cocoa and a toffee-like finish. When you fresh grind this coffee you get a wonderful aromatic experience then get rewarded with a superior tasting cup of coffee. 

Golden Valley Farms has found a real partner in sustainability, environmental stewardship and commitment to the Biosphere with our organic coffee producer Finca Ceylan and Annexes, which has belonged to the Echeverria family since 1870. 

The original name of the farm was Finca Ceylan and Colima. Over the years other farms were added to the property which then became Finca Ceylan and Annexes. The farm has employs local workers and has become a source of job creation and economic stability in the region. 

The coffee was originally grown under the shade of banana trees, the fruits of which soon became an important second product that generated additional income for the farm.
