DIY Sauerkraut Workshop

Learn the ancient technique to make delicious and powerful sauerkraut. Besides being a tasty food, sauerkraut is one of the best probiotic sources. We will use a traditional method of hand/knife cutting technique and invite carrots and apples to our blend. Then you will learn how "burping" is an essential part of fermentation. Grandmother's secrets will be revealed to you. Cost is $20, which includes all the supplies: jar, cabbage, carrots, apples, cauliflower and spices.
